Dimi Poulos is no stranger to sports. Starting her athletic career in soccer and now a high level CrossFit athlete in Australia, her passion for sports led her to helping others achieve their personal goals through fitness. After being awarded a full soccer scholarship to study at Winthrop University in South Carolina (USA); Dimi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Fitness and Wellness while also earning Goalkeeper of the year in her conference league. Her interest in body mechanics led her to study under high level Strength and Conditioning coaches learning how to program for specific sports.

Upon graduating Winthrop University, Dimi pursued her professional soccer career as a goalkeeper, playing in both the United States, Europe and in Australia (Sydney FC and the Western Sydney). With a Bachelor’s degrees in Fitness in Wellness and in Sport and Exercise Science, Dimi is now completing a Masters’ Degree in Exercise Science Strength & Conditioning through Charles Darwin University. Highly educated and as a specialist in her field, Dimi’s knowledge and experience in evident in her passion towards her sport and in coaching.

Having competed at the CrossFit Regionals in 2012 and 2013, she qualified for the 2014 CrossFit Regionals. Her tough sport mentality, hard work ethic and raw strength are just some of the unique attributes she has been able to use to improve at CrossFit.

With over 10 years of experience in fitness coaching and in massage therapy, she has been able to improve the quality of her clients both in fitness coaching and in wellness. Having trained high level athletes, those with disabilities and clients with weight loss goals, her flexibility in coaching styles, have proven to show results. Dimi currently programs all CrossFit level classes both in group sessions and privately, assists with coaching the CrossFit and FX group fitness programs, is the Head of Strength and Conditioning and lead coach/programmer of the Strength Lab (strength and conditioning programs) and is the sports massage therapist at Revolution X Performance.
