
Fun and practical fitness for healthy kids and teens.
We are currently putting together programs for kids between the ages of 8 and 15. Our kids program will focus on making regular exercise fun, exciting and beneficial. We’ll also educate the kids on how to get fit and healthy, as well as explaining how human movement and training helps their growing bodies.
