At Revolution X we understand that nutrition is fuel for the body and without the right fuel you’re going to run out of the energy you need to sustain your lifestyle. We also understand that it can be a difficult one to monitor and that there are a lot of temptations out there. To those of you hoping we can take it easy regarding food selection and diet… not going to happen.
You simply won’t achieve the goals you set for yourself without being reasonably disciplined when it comes to food. That’s why Revolution X incorporates nutritional advice into our workout plans. Good food can be simple and taste great so why not put the good stuff in and get the good results out.
