NUTRITION & MEAL PLANS

Nutrition is often the key to success in achieving specific health and fitness goals. That’s why at Revolution X Performance Centre we incorporate nutritional advice into our work out plans and we regularly host Nutritional Advice Seminars.  We truly believe knowledge is key, and you only get out what you put in so applied knowledge in this case… well that is power!

Seminars: We offer 3 separate stages of nutritional seminars at Rev X, available to all of our members. Each style of nutrition, from zone methods to macros, is designed to the individual’s goals and needs to make sure they get what they are looking for.
We’re all different and our bodies are unique… we’re not talking about that cute little freckle you’ve got, we’re talking about our individual bodies needs’ and processes. What works for one may not be the best option for another, hence why we have designed a forever evolving education process to allow people to have not only flexibility but variety in what they are set out to do, to achieve their goals.

On-going Advice: For great nutritional advice speak to one of our super-awesome and approachable coaches about the best stuff to fuel your training! Your body and your mind will be rewarded. Good food enhances and drives the body, that’s why we help you make healthy choices.

We also have an onsite fridge stocked with daily fresh prepared meals, fuelled by The Little Lion Café, so each day you can dine or takeaway a healthy meal, pick up some quick guilt-free snacks or enjoy a protein packed shake or fresh smoothie.
