Our FX program is a group exercise program built around community, which gives you the opportunity to be a part of something greater and means we can have fun while doing it. We work as a part of a team: motivating, supporting and encouraging each other. Move like a pro by developing, fine tuning technique and putting your skills to the test in this skill development workshop. Come and feel the pump in this Strength and Conditioning workout… without the huff and puff.
   Bring the heat for a big cardio sweat up, where you’ll push the boundaries and in turn get fitter, faster and more explosive. Embrace the burn and melt fat away.
   Wreak havoc on your major muscle groups in this killer abs, and lower body destroyer. Build the strength, stability and endurance you need to see major improvements in performance.
   A once a week mystery session where you can expect only the unexpected.
  You are the weapon and your battle ground the sled track. Prepare to put your body and your will through the ultimate, but rare fitness sledging. Embrace the pain in this deadly cardio and lower body conditioner. It’ll be a fight, but if you show up and give it all you’ve got, you’ve already won.
 Work on activation and structural balance to bulletproof your body and give it it’s own armour. Function well, move better and release tension by mobilising your body. Regenerate, recover and focus on your body’s health and well-being.
   Brawl it out in the total sweat storm that is BOXING. Combine intervals, work against the clock, huff and puff and feel the burn as you fight it out in this one hour grind.
Powerful, explosive, fast, agile and strong. Be challenged to move, push and heave objects that will test out the brains, the brute and the brawn. Expect to give this strongman style workout everything you’ve got and train like the beast that you are.
Prepare for total destruction as you blitz through as many rounds as possible in a set time-frame. It’s you against you, working against the clock. The harder you work in this apocalyptic but rewarding class, the more you’ll burn off.
