Power up, it’s time to flex
The Revolution X Flex Program can transform your body through strength and conditioning. Flex programs are precisely designed weight-training programs that will help you achieve the body outcomes you’ve been aiming for.
Muscle Building
Muscle exercises are an ideal way for the body to lose weight and gain mass. Unlike a regular gym, we don’t leave you to work it out or make you pay more. At Rev X, coached and supervised weight training is just how we do it. After all, you want a trained professional helping you get the best out of every session.
The Flex Muscle Building Program will improve your strength, increase your stamina and give you real definition. Muscle building, especially for men, is a great way to improve self-confidence while providing great health benefits.

Strength & Conditioning Circuit
This program is a series of exercises “linked together” and performed consecutively. Yep, circuit training. The exerciser moves from station to station with little or no rest. Usually the exercises are alternated between upper and lower body parts.
Strength and conditioning exercises are the kind of special performance training routines that all pro-sports men and women use to get fit and stay fit for their sporting activities.
The strength aspect usually consists of working with weights. In particular targeting different muscle areas relevant to a given sport and develop sport specific power. For example, golfers and tennis players focus on the forearms and rotator cuffs, to improve arm and joint strength.
The second part is conditioning – this can be quite intensive and consist of half-hour non-stop workouts involving skipping, squat thrusts and many similar body exercises that build personal stamina.
Benefits
- Improved speed, agility and balance.
- Improved strength, power and fitness condition.
- Improved mental agility and strength.
- Improved endurance and stamina, especially in relation to sports.
Who would like it?
- Men and women wanting to improve their fitness, endurance and strength for sport.
- Men and women interested in increasing their fitness level and improve their body.
Olympic & Power Lifting
This program is for experienced trainers and those after extreme power and body mass. Power lifting is a sport that combines the strength of weight lifting with the focus of a Zen master… it really is more of a discipline than other lifting sports because it combines speed, muscle, concentration and massive amounts of sheer strength of will.
Power lifting consists of only three exercises, the ‘bench press’, the ‘dead lift’, and the ‘squat’. None of these disciplines lift the weight above the head, but it’s about having the right technique, and more importantly, it’s about control and maximising strength.
In Olympic lifting there is two disciplines, the ‘snatch’ and the ‘clean and jerk’. This technique requires whole body strength and includes the weights being lifted above the head. This uses more ‘explosive’ power, which is short burst of strength to achieve strength.
Benefits
- Both lifting techniques strengthen the body and build muscle. A lot of it.
- Power lifting helps to focus your mind and allow you to tap into your true will power.
- Olympic Lifting increases the body’s agility and increases ease of movement.
- Olympic lifting can increase the body’s metabolism rate burning fat faster.
Who would like it?
- With lighter weights, men and women interested in building strength and mental agility.
- With more serious weights, men and women who are looking to raise the intensity of their existing training or to increase their skills and improve their technique.
- Competitive lifters, athletes and training professionals.
