Revolution X is a proud affiliate of one of the world’s most renowned training techniques – CrossFit. We call it CrossFit RevX.

Getting started: CrossFit On-Ramp – COMING SOON!

Let’s Rev it up: Getting started with CrossFit will be easier than ever with the coming introduction of our On-Ramp program. This program will emphasize skill development and exposure to the fundamental movements that we use in our CrossFit Rev X sessions. On-Ramp is designed to prepare you to enter our on-going group sessions … and smash them. In this program we are going to be hammering technique, because technique is everything – it’s to ensure safety and success at the next level.

There’s three main things we introduce you to during this program – technique, mechanics and then intensity. In order to join our group sessions you will need to get signed off by one of our coaches that you’re ready and well prepped to make your mark! Want to start CrossFit now though?
