The Rev X Fight Club program is a dedicated boxing-work out. Don’t worry, the only thing you smack around is the equipment… not each other… that would hurt.

Boxing routines can be done in 3 different areas of the performance centre. These are:

The Rev X bag area – Revolution X has one of the best punching bag facilities in the Australia. It’s a revolutionary way to train and burn massive amounts of calories in under an hour. Boxing in the bag area is a fast-paced and fun session.

The Rev X Cage – You’d be hard pressed to find a more professional, safe and fun boxing set up than the cage at Rev X. In the cage, we focus on coach-led pad work and boxing combo’s.

The Rev X Mats – On the mats we focus on high-intensity, action-packed and well-executed cardio and conditioning sessions, with functional boxing/kickboxing moves and drills.

Why do boxing workouts work?

  • A workout based on real boxing techniques, combining impact and cardio training.
  • Many people think that boxing is all about the arms but it is actually a cardio work-out that conditions the whole body.
  • You will learn all different boxing techniques such as hooks ("side" punches), jabs (straight forward punches) and up-cuts (punches going upwards).
