Session Times:
Monday 6pm, 7.15pm
Wednesday 6pm, 7.15pm
There are limited spaces, if you are interested in joining the program please notify Mary or Shane ASAP.
This time round we are enforcing some rules:
1. You MUST commit to two days per week for four weeks…NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
2. A role will be taken each session
3. If you miss more than two sessions, you will be replaced
4. Due to unforeseen circumstances, if you cannot attend a session you MUST call the office and advise a staff member or leave a voicemail
5. You MUST bring a diary and a towel
6. NO CROSSFIT is allowed before or after resistance
